01 Acceptance of Terms

Your use of the raa8 platform constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform. These terms take effect as soon as you register an account or use any service offered by raa8.

Raa8 reserves the right to amend or update these terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will take effect immediately upon publication on this website. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to ensure you are always aware of the latest applicable terms.

02 Account Eligibility

To register and use the raa8 platform, you must meet the following requirements:

• At least 18 years at the time of registration.
• Be a legally eligible individual to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not residing in a region or country where online gambling is prohibited under local law.
• Not currently on any prohibition or restriction list imposed by the relevant authorities.
• Not an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a raa8 employee.

Raa8 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If a user is found to be ineligible, the account will be suspended immediately and all associated balances will be withheld pending the completion of an investigation.

03 Registration & KYC Verification

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) account on the raa8 platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

As part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process, you may be required to provide the following documents for identity verification:

• A copy of a valid identity card (MyKad) or passport.
• Proof of current address such as a utility bill or bank statement (not older than 3 months).
• Information on the payment method used for deposits or withdrawals.

KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed. raa8 reserves the right to hold withdrawal requests until the KYC process is fully completed. All submitted documents will be handled confidentially in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

04 Deposit & Withdrawal

Raa8 accepts deposits via multiple payment methods including FPX, online bank transfers, and supported digital wallets. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are subject to change from time to time.

• Minimum Deposit: MYR 10 (depending on payment method).
• Minimum Withdrawal: MYR 30 per transaction.
• Withdrawal Processing Time: Less than 5 minutes for verified withdrawals.

All withdrawals will be processed to the same bank account or digital wallet used for the original deposit. raa8 does not permit withdrawals to third-party accounts. Player funds are held in a separate trust account and are not used for company operations.

Raa8 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits, in order to ensure the security of your account. This is a standard protective measure for user safety.

05 Bonus & Promotions

Raa8 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and loyalty programs. All bonuses are subject to the specified wagering requirements.

• Bonuses cannot be directly converted to cash without meeting the specified wagering requirements.
• Wagering requirements and maximum betting limits when using a bonus are as stated in the respective promotion terms.
• Raa8 reserves the right to cancel any bonus obtained through fraudulent means or promotion abuse.
• Bonuses and cash in your account will be used in the order determined by the system — bonus funds are typically utilized before real cash.
• Each user is eligible for each promotion once only, unless otherwise stated.

06 Game Rules

All games on the raa8 platform use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been audited and certified by an independent third-party body. This ensures every game is fair, random, and cannot be manipulated by any party.

In the event of a technical disruption or software issue during a game session, raa8 reserves the right to void or cancel the affected game rounds. In such cases, the wagered amount will be returned to your account balance.

• Completed game results are final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a system error.
• Bets placed on sporting events that are cancelled or postponed for more than 24 hours will be fully refunded.
• Raa8 reserves the right to void any wagers deemed suspicious or involving market manipulation.

07 Prohibited Conduct

Users of the raa8 platform are strictly prohibited from doing any of the following:

• Registering more than one account using the same name, IP address, or payment method.
• Using automated software, bots, or third-party tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, hacking, or attempting to exploit system vulnerabilities.
• Sharing your account login credentials with others or allowing another person to access your account.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Abusing promotions or bonuses in ways not intended by raa8.

• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an added layer of security.
• Never share your login credentials with anyone, including raa8 customer support staff.
• Contact our support team immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised.

09 Intellectual Property Rights

Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use any content on the raa8 platform for commercial purposes without explicit written consent from raa8. Permitted use is limited to personal and non-commercial purposes only.

10 Limitation of Liability

Raa8 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our platform, including loss of funds, data, or business opportunities. The platform is provided "as is" without any implied warranties regarding ongoing availability or accuracy.

In circumstances beyond raa8's control such as internet failure, server disruptions, or force majeure events, raa8 shall not be held liable for any service interruptions that occur. raa8 will make every effort to restore services as quickly as possible.

11 Account Closure & Termination

You may close your raa8 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Before closure is processed, all outstanding wagering requirements must first be fulfilled and any valid cash balance will be returned to you.

Raa8 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any terms stated in this document.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
• Multiple account use or bonus abuse.
• Instructions from legal authorities or regulatory bodies.
• Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

12 Terms Amendment

Raa8 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Any material changes will be announced via a notice on the website or by email to registered users at least 7 days before taking effect, except in emergencies requiring immediate action.
